Otero won 16 of 20 face-offs, had two goals and one assist and gathered 14 ground balls. Teammate Connor Meth helped with two goals and three assists. Kyle Hearn paced 10th-seeded Vernon (12-5) with three goals. Senior defesnive midfielder Dean Langus scooped up a clutch ground ball that helped lead Ridge to the Group 3 Quarter Finals. Ridge Tops Glen Ridge in OvertimeSean Miller, who scored to send the game into overtime, scored 39 seconds into the extra period to lift Ridge to a 7-6 victory over Glen Ridge, No. 16 in The Star-Ledger Top 20, yesterday in Basking Ridge. Miller's goal with 5:28 left in regulation knotted the score at 6-6 and he finished with three goals and one assist. Brian Long added two goals for Ridge (8-8). Eric Thiele and J.J. Gill each scored two goals as Glen Ridge (14-2) lost for just the second time this season.
